In 2016, Caitlyn published her memoir Things I Never Said to encourage teens to get help with mental health issues such as depression, self-harm, eating disorders, drugs and alcohol, and many more. Her personal battles with addiction serve as building blocks for her career as a counselor. Caitlyn speaks both nationally and internationally about her challenges, what she did to overcome them, and promotes body positivity and positive self-esteem. Caitlyn graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism. Her passion for helping others encouraged her to get a Master’s degree in Guidance Counseling from Angelo State University in May 2016. She is now a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and works as a brand ambassador for multiple companies. Caitlyn is actively involved in her community through her work as a big sister in Big Brothers Big Sisters, the National Eating Disorders Association, and Grace Fellowship Church. She enjoys traveling the world, running half marathons, and trying new foods.
Caitlyn Moore is an actress, motivational speaker, model and pageant queen. With her passion for acting, Caitlyn has conquered the film industry by storm. She has appeared in numerous commercials, television shows, PSA’s, feature films, and short films. Caitlyn has appeared on HBO, Lifetime, MTV, and NBC.
Caitlyn uses her background in Communications and Journalism, as well as her Master’s degree in Counseling to inspire teens to stop the stigma of mental health issues and teach them how to live a healthy lifestyle. Caitlyn speaks at local elementary and middle schools to educate students on mental health and to share her story of recovery. She inspires teens to create a new life free from addiction, and helps them develop a positive self-image. With a musical background, Caitlyn uses music as a way to connect with clients and their personal stories.
